Our Mission

“Committed to putting back the puzzle pieces of an impaired ecosystem”

E3 Ecologic is a Crestone based conservation non-profit which is devoted to repairing and restoring local habitat in the San Luis Valley by:

• Creating favorable conditions for land rehydration and facilitating the gradual reintroduction of Beaver.

• Planting pollinator gardens to support the bee and monarch populations (amongst others!).

• Stewarding the local forests using ORMUS and Effective Micro-organisms, land rehydration techniques and where safe; prescribed fire as part of a long term plan to restore their health and ability to survive drought, beetle kill, soil erosion and other environmental threats.

• Educating local children and adults alike regarding the local Crestone environment and how we can protect it.

• Hosting Community Fire Mitigation training days in addition to the current techniques used in the valley.

• Helping land owners assess their land and ways they can nourish and enrich it.
